Non receipt of policy/surrender of policy

I was persuaded to have a insurance policy from max insurance on 24.02.2008 but till date i had not receivd any communication from the company'office. I had requuested to refund my money, since not satisfied with the policy and the services. but till date money has not been refunded. there is no body to respond on telephone or by letter.lrequest you again to refund my money without further delay. i submit the details as below,
