Surrender of Policy

Sir,

I have a policy and purchase from LIC of India at Chamba (Himachal Pradesh) Branch and I have surrender our policy and send by registered post on dated 28/01 vide registered letter no. RLAD A 7171, but we have not received any responce

So I requested to you please look the matter.
