Non receipt of money receipt

Dear sir,

I had remitted Rs 20000.00 only as renewal premium towards policy no 06830800 in the name of Mrs Kiran Bohora around two months back. But I am yet to receive the money receipt for the same which I need urgently for submitting to Income Tax dept. I shall appreciate if the receipt is delivered to me at the earliest.
