Kindly refer to the following complaint lodged by me few days ago, the copy has been reproduced
below.
I am surprised to see though I have given my Email ID no response from your side
any action from your end has been initiated is not known. Meanwhile the serivce
centre has come out with an offer that he will replace a set with another model
and it is known whether it is new one or a repaired one . kindly intervene as we
have purchased this model only as it was liked by us and very rugged one
though there was a prob of camera.
I am not able to meet any visible Nokia Company person to listen to my complaint

delay in servicing of the set 6233 under warantee reg. JOB no.090113/6
dear sir,
I have given for attending to the camera switch problem in the mob set model 6233 which is under warantee to the customer care centre at Ashok Nagar First avenue chennai. The set was given in person on 13th Jan 09. though two times delivery dates were given the instrument has not been made alright. I regret to inform you that repeated it is informed that the set has been sent to HEAD OFFICE at mount road and the mother board requires to be changed.
I am sorry to inform you that Iam totally dejected and disappointed with the service and when i asked for some responsible officers telephone number in head office they didnot give. Nokia set was purchased only with the idea that it has good reputation and service will be good. I would like some one to interferein the matter as I find no other alternative. I would like to get back my set immedeatly
.
Some intervention from some hilgher level is required for this in term of action and not in words.
