This is to bring in to your notice that on 13th Nov. 2009 (Friday), on a call from your Telemarketing executive, I had booked a Holiday Package of Rs. 3498, and the executive (Mr. Pankaj Thakur) informed that as soon as I place my order I'll get an SMS & a Mail from India Today, regarding the details of the Package.
The amount has been charged on My HDFC Bank Credit Card, But it has been more than 10 days. since I've placed my Order - I'm yet to get any confirmation SMS/email from your side. Here with I'm giving you my Booking ID - 440013614 & Membership No. ITBC09154129, & requesting you to check the same.
The reason for me to worry is that the Executive (Mr. Pankaj Thakur) took my Card Number, as there was some problem in IVR. Though I've not shared my Card's Expiry & CVV with him, I just want to be assured that the Transaction was Safe.
Mr. Pankaj also gave me his contact number but that number even is Switched Off, since I placed my order.
Also he said that your order will reach you in 10 DAYS from the day you place an order. SO IN THE SAME REGARDS I REQUEST YOU TO CHECK THE IVR OF THE CONVERSATION OF MINE & YOUR EXECUTIVE, AND DO A FOLLOW UP ON THE SAME ASAP. ELSE THIS WOULD BE CONSIDERED AS A CHEATING...
I even called the India Today Book Club Customer Care (011 40502424), MANY A TIMES IN THESE 10 DAYS, even that executive was unable to resolve this due to system upgrade process.
So request you to validate the same & revert as soon as possible.
