Irritating response from staff for complaint

I have purchased a LLOYD make DVD video player from DASS of Shastri Nagar, Pune showroom. There is functional problem in remote. So, I requested them (DASS) on 18/01 to give me the replacement of the defective remote on chargeable basis. But, till today I have not got the replacement. The behaviour of the staff including branch manager (Mr. Nag & Mr. Shaikh) is very irritating. After 18/01, I have visited DASS twice, but have not got any positive response.
