Cellular access: No Service

Dear Sir,

We have purchased a New Mobile "NOKIA" Model 5800 ESN (MEI)

Number:357988035447189 on 27.10.09 in the Name of

Mr. Saravanaperumal and it was handed over to M/S VEETEE

COMMUNICATIONS, SARDAR [ATEL ROAD, ADYAR, CHENNAI-600 020, on

31.10.09 for the reason being Cellulor access-No service for Job

Warrenty. Since New International the Job Sheet

Number:854465550/091031/15 Till today (1.11.09) they have not

returned the Instrument even after days Kindly take necessary

action to return the Mobile after Service without any delay. This

delay will reflect on your service Centre performance.
