Through the medium of this mail, I would like to lodge a formal complaint against a snacks shop operating in our area which is operating under highly unhygienic conditions and has enough potential to cause hazard to public health.
The name of shop is "Nishtha Snacks" located at 9/63, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi -110027. Here people are served with snacks without taking proper measures for public health safety and the vendor is least bothered about clealiness. The staff employed over here is not trained about sanitation and its significance due to which health of many people is at stake with nobody's responsibility. The biggest question is that nobody is aware whether the shop owner has the valid license to sell eatables which makes it even more dangerous. Further, the oil and water used here are not very conducive for the health of human beings.
Therefore, I would request you to take appropriate measures in order to ensure that these kind of shops do not operate without proper license and authorization as it can prove fatal to others.
