I had bought a very new prepaid connection card (9773132218) with having very positive image about loop customer service and best internet facility.
I did not had much knowledge about accessing internet on my phone through loop and to inquire about the same i was speaking to customer care executive Mr Abhijeet for first time on the late night of 19th sep 09 and that was my worst experience in my whole life about any customer service companies.
First of all he told me that i wont be able to help me since system is down now and should call tomorrow and after probing he told me that cant you understand that internet facility is not available on prepaid and i have to buy post paid connection. He was not even able to tell me diff between wap and www.Most worst than every thing was the way in which he was speaking to me was such that i felt humiliated. He was directly telling me that why you are asking same question again and again and tone was nearest to abusive even he was not able to answer a simple quetions.
On the next afternoon i called up Nitesh and through him i got all the information wanted and the best possible help. I immidiately did the recharge of Rs 100/- as per his informations.
The behavoir of your few executives will lead to false image of your reputed organsation and i would feel bad if i will be connected with the company with negative image of just basic customer service.
