Lost voter i card
Haven't got duplicate voter I card

Dear sir

I would like to inform you that I had already registered a complaint in Uttam Nagar Police Station that I lost my voter card & had already informed at voter I card office Bindapur, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi.

I am sorry to say that as elections of vidhan sabha are quiet near & I haven't got my duplicate voter I card.

I request you please send my duplicate voter I card at C-23, RAM NAGAR ROAD, OM-VIHAR, UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110059
