I ordered for 2 louis quartz watches on 14 10 08 oredr no SB3952, recieved late on 12-12-08 out of them too 1 was defective and placed a complaint on 12-12-08, 21-12-08 and 23-12-08. Every time a fresh promise made to replace at the earliest but till today ie 07-01-09 no result. I am suffering from mentle tension due to the same.
