Breach of trust by Jet Lite and AVA

Dear Sir,

During my flight from Patna to Kolkota on 15.09.08 by Jet Lite flight S2 6352, AVA and Jet Lite cheated me by saying Louis Quartz watch in imported and and its worth 3990/-. I had paid Rupee 500 /- towards handling charges and collected the watch. The watch doesn't have any serial no, model no or any detail. This is breach of trust by Jet Lite and AVA.

I would like to have componsesation from both these companies.

Please suggest how to proceed further.
