I bought 1 set of LOUIS Wrist watch in Air Deccan Flight (From Bagdogra to Calcutta) on 28.04.08.Cash receipt No. 464026 (AVA Merchandising Pvt Ltd.). Its gold paling is being damaged in packed condition in few days without being used.

Pls take the necessory steps for Replacement/Compensation.
