Sir, I had invested in the 6.60%Tax Free ARS Bonds with the following details:
(a) Investor ID no.218850286, Bond certificate no.40006273, for 400 bonds with total face value of Rs 40, 000/-(Fourty thousand only).
(b) Investor ID no.217610508, Bond certificate no.39212439, for 420 bonds with a total face value of Rs 42, 000/-(Fourty two thousand only).
(c) Ivestor ID No.219001436, Bond Certificate No.40087834, for 300 bondswith a total face value of Rs 30, 000/-(Thirty thousand only).
All the above bonds were due on 01 Apr 09.The cheques for the matured value has not been recieved till date. I have been trying to approach the Mumbai office but there has been no response whatsoever.we also sent a reminder vide our letter no.4176/ka/ARS, dated 13 Apr09.Inspite of all the efforts there has been no response, which is a matter of great concern for us. You are requested to look into the matter immediately and ensure the cheques for the said amounts are released without any further delay. You are also requested to inform us as to whom should we contact to pursue the matter. The telephone nos given on the bonds have changed or are not in use (No.022-55931010).
