Delay and harrassment of supplying refill

I booked a refill on 26/12 and was assured delivery within three days. Since no action was forthcoming, I reminded on 4/1 and was assured delivery on the next day, which also did not happen.

To stay without gas in the kitchen is difficult, as I do not have any alternative means of cooking food. Buying food from outside is inconvenient and expensive.

Please let me know, whether this agency of yours is a habitual defaulter. If so, what is your future course of action. My consumer No is 607460 at Versova Gas Services Andheri (w) Mumbai 400058
