Dear Sirs,
Much earlier it used to take just 3 weeks to get a refill cylinder after booking. Now it takes more than 40days in Thrissur, Kerala causing undue hardship. People are forced to use alternate methods for cooking like electric heaters, micro oven etc., which are costlier. The dealers say invariably the Company has cut supplies to them and they are helpless. The honourable Minister says there is no shortage but people continue to suffer. Is it not possible to reduce the supply time to at least 3 weeks? A cylinder will not last more than 3 weeks for a family of 4-5 persons. Please look into the supply position of domestic gas in Thrissur, Kerala.
