Lpg gas not delivered on time and misbehaviour of staff

i am monica and my consumer id is 2185 and distributer name is dammo enterprises.

i am facing a problem from last 6 months like my gas not deliver on time and they misbehave me when i went to book my gas booking number and i also call in cp office but they didnt give good responces
