We have engaged company approved agency "Luminous Power Technologies Pvt. Ltd." C-8 & C-9, Community center, Janakpuri New Delhi, for AMC. Instead of maintaining it they have spoiled the body and tiles on the floor by spilling over of the acid. I would request the company to replace the body and pay the cost of replacement of tiles.
