Cheque dishonoured

Dear Sir/ Madam,

With reference to the above mentined subject, please note that I have a policy no 122275238 in my favour in November. Now I have got a cheque No 247211 dated 28.11.08 drawn on Corporation Bank which has been dishonoured due to insufficient funds.

Kinldy look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
