This is to request you that Myself Amandeep Allahabadi S/o Kewal Krishan Allahabadi, R/o H no-189, W no-5, Opposite Singh Sabha Gurudwara, Street No-5, Meena Bazaar, Malout-152107, Dist Muktsar, Punjab had applied for Pan Card in the month of December but when I received it, I found to Four major Misprinting on it which are mentioned under ..

1.) Wrong Name (Surname/Lastname Allahabadi Printed first Rather than The name Amandeep)

2.) Father’s Name Missing (Kewal Krishan)

3.) No Photograph on the Card

4.) Signature Column Blank

So I request you to kindly do the needful and provide me with the acceptable PAN card ASAP or please do let me know if any Re-documentation required.
