Broadband Connectivity Problem

I have been facing a lot of problems with my broadband connection from Last 45 days. I have been addressing this problem to the MTNL but they simply give us a complain number and they are done with it. After a couple of days they call us asking if the Problem has been solved and we say No then they just hang up the phone. No reason what so ever of the irregular connectivity is explained and no solution to the problem has been sought. Also many a times there are cases where the Internet is not working for days...
