Poor Service by MPL

I have purchased a Logan car (1.6 GLS model make)

in January through MPL at Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai.

From the beginning the service was managed by their service

station at Virugambakkam.

Logan was my first car and so I didn't have much experience

about the level of service to be expected from MPL and initially

I thought it was good. But, on July my car met with a

radiator problem and it had to be towed to their service station.

I also complained about the "raising" problem i.e. car giving an

odd sound when reducing speed at 4th or 5th gear. The service

guys said that everything was fixed.

Unfortunately the problem remained the same way and I had

to re-admit the car for service on September (within 2 months)

again for the same problems. This time again they said that

everything was fixed.

Now, my car underwent the same sickening Radiator problem

last week and for one week it is lying at my house with no real

use to me at all. I complained it to MPL care and they

don't even have the courtesy to visit and check the problem and

they don't pick up calls too. I have already spent Rs. 6000/- on

this problem and I don't know how much I have to spend more.

The service at MPL is really the worst.

IS THIS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT WE CAN EXPECT

FROM MAHINDRA??? I AM SURE MAHINDRA CAN OFFER

US BETTER SERVICE AND THIS SICKENING ATTITUDE BY MPL

HAVE REALLY MADE ME LOOK LIKE A FOOL FOR BUYING

LOGAN AS MY FIRST CAR.
