I booked a ticket on Makemytrip.com on 28th Sept due to their problem they cancelled the ticket on 30th sept. and I got the cancellation ref no on the same date on phone but I recieved the mail on 6th Oct. In that mail the cancellation date was also mentationed ie 6th Oct. I am still wating for the refund. More surprise is that no one is answering my calls.
I do not know what to do?
