I have booked ticket from delhi to callcutta 02-10-10 from make my trip booking i d (NF251749235691)

and i have paid Rs.5582/- through my debit card of panjab national bank.but in the same date i have cancelled ticket . but till the date i cauld not received

the refund amount.

i have camplined so many times but they are not giving proper response.

please -100. help me
