I took a Holiday Package from Make my Trip for Ooty at Holiday Inn Gem Park. After paying everything beforehand my whole 2 days trip was merely a frustrating time for me and my wife. As per Make My Trip, the holiday voucher included lots of things like a chockolate cake on arrival (despite reminding the Hotel for around 12 times, it took 36 hours from time of my arrival to get a cake), surprise Night Amenities (there was nothing as such), etc. The so called "4 star" hotel doesn't have a proper Cable TV connection and the restaurant "Toda Cafe" is terrible where they can't even manage 25 guests at a time!!! The room electric switches also do not work properly. All in all it was a terrible experience. Would request the readers not to spoil their holiday there.
