Return of expensive medicines

Dear Customer Care,

This has reference to your 98.4branch in Dwarka, Sector-10. We have been a card holder since 3.03.08 & take regular medicines worth Rs.1500 every month.

However, it is sad that inspite of being regular customers & taking the same medicines everytime, we never get all the medicines at one go. We have repeatedly requested your personnels to intimate us when all the medicines can be made available but to no avail.

We had been taking Lantus Insulin vial on a regular basis. We are thorougly aware of the fact that insulin should be kept under ice so that there is no temperature rise in the product. Last month the doctor prescribed to stop insulin. We have not opened the seal also. The vial costs around Rs.400 & we are ready to take other medicines on it's return.

Is there something called Customer Trust when we place a lot of trust in you & your products for our very own lives? We can only request you to look into this matter. Times are very trying & such small value of money only tantamount to big losses. Besides please let us know your policy of returning unused medicines well before expiry dates. You must understand, medicines are very expensive now & only you can be helpful to us.
