I am Unsatisfied with there response

On 25/8/10 I registered a complaint no. 102494107- No response.

Again twice i have called them at customer care - no respones.

On 5/8/10 I registered a complaint no. 102537238- No response.

& every time i get a sms that the complaint has been attended But nobody

has visited for the complaint.
