I (Mannish Kumar Bisht) was possessing the number 9910133033 which was add on number with 9871591049. Resident of 64-A, D.D.A./ L.I.G. Flats Rampura Delhi 110035. This is to bring to your kind attention that I had lodged several complaints to customer care for DISCONNECTION of the number 9910133033 unfortunately till date there is no response from your end and moreover the bill has been generated and dispatched. I have not being using the above mentioned number (99101033033) since more than a year. I have received a bill number 165136672 Bill date 28th January for Rs.1149=00 (One thousand one hundred and forty nine).
I request you to kindly DEACTIVATE and DISCONNECT it immediately and credit the amount instantly.
I further declare that I will not be paying the amount of Rs.1149=00 (One thousand one hundred and forty nine) plus any tax applicable on this amount.
Secondly I want the CONFIRMATION TODAY ITSELF so that no penalty charges are imposed on me.
