Non completion of Shubham Apt

The Developer has not completed the project even after taking full money. Lifts, firefighting system has not been fitted. No reply to our various letters. The advance maintenace charge collected for 1 year but stopped paying electricity charges, sweeper and other maintenace charges after six months.
