Bad Service and spoiling of ca

I purchased Maruti Zen on 20th May. My vehicle was running quite good till I visited M/s Ratan Motors, Chembur, Mumbai in Dec for Servicing of the vehicle as well as for dainting work. Dainting work was done alright, but I am doubtful about the servicing due to the following reasons:

1. My car strated giving trouble during startup when I went to collect after about 8 days. Initially I thought that since the car battery was original (means more than 4 years old), this may be the reason. Today (13.02.2009) I replaced the battery with a new one, but starting trouble continues as earlier. This means some problem with the ignition, which has started during the visit to the service centre in Dec.

2. As one of window glass patti (black colour) had got rusted at one end, I had requested the service person to get the patti replaced. At the first instance he didn't replaced the patti, in addition to that he loosened the erlier one. In spite of my several requests the patti was not fixed properly and it comes out during the operation of the window.

3. The total amount including service of the vehicle and dainting work was Rs. 4465/- paid by credit card, but no receipt was given to me, in the pretext that they would send later as printer was not working. Till date I have neither received the Bill nor the feedback form from Maruti.

Has the standard of Maruti Udyog come down so low or the dealer is at fault, can any body explain me?
