Sub: Non availability of lock set of Zen Lx 2004 model at Agra & Mathura Dealers.
Dear Sir,
I love Maruti Brands and got in my name Maruti 800 as well as Zen Lx of July model. More over Swift and Esteem are also there in my family at the same address.
Last Friday i.e. on 11/07, car lifters broke down my door lock as well as steering lock and when I approached your dealer M/S Uma Motors Pvt Ltd. and a authorized service station M/S Nand Motors at Mathura, the lock set was not available. However on 18/07, specially I went to Agra for getting lock set fillted in my Zen car. Again the same reply was given, your Dealer M/S Madhusudan Motors and M/S Kavisha Motors at Agra didn’t have the lock available. M/S Kavisha Motors assured to arrange the same in one hour.
After two hours when I inspected the vehicle, I found they have fitted the lock of old model, when I pointed out the mistake they tried to satisfy me by saying the no. of lock is same but the model of key handle has changed.
At Mathura on 11/07, I contacted a big shopkeeper M/S Goyal Auto agencies at Punjabi Pech, Dampier Nagar, Mathura, the shopkeeper told me the same problem that he is having lock of old model (same which was fitted by Kavisha Motors) and the other one he will get it to me in fifteen days. Goyal Agencies suggested me to visit Agra for early repair.
I refused to accept the old model lock set at Kavisha Motors Job Card No. of Kavisha Motors is JC 08007275, ID No. 1071107844.
It is very surprising that company Like Maruti of world repute is not supplying the parts to its dealers. I wasted whole day & Rs.800/- in going to Agra and remained there in Kavisha Motors for 5-6 Hrs. but no results.
Now I request you to make arrangements to get change the lock set of my Zen Car at Mathura only.
An early action is awaited as my car is off the road.
