My consumer no. is 29238 and through automated booking number I had booked for Gas Cylinder refill in Dec. As of today (24/1) on checking the status through the automated enquiry number it says that delivery made on 21st Jan. The cylinder has not been delivered to us at our home address and no whereabouts about the same. The agency - Maruthi Indane, (No 1/1, Welcome Colony, Anna Nagar West, Chennai, 600101) and its Phone Number: 91-44-26154243, 91-44-26154244 are not reachable, no response on these numbers and goes on ringing or sometimes goes wrong number. No news about cylinder. Please check status and immediately deliver cylinde
