I have bought a car A star from your dealer har cars (dealer code K-IOI) on 3 7 2009.

Durig the delivery the car was not fitted with the mud flap which was documented as done and not issued the steering wheel cover which was offered to me. The seconnd key was not given to me for some undigestable resons. I have to visit the show room thrice and seek legal back up to get these things done .even now I have'nt got the steering wheel cover.

I have to pay RS4000 more as handling chageduring delivery

.Moreover the dealings and behavior of the staff in the shop was very very bad.
