FIFTH REMINDER OF MY CAR PROBLEM
Dear sir,
My self rangapradeep chandrasekaran, I had bought on esteem vxi in sk cars india ltd showroom, salem, tamilnadu .afterI took that esteem I found that speed meter counter was not working I duly informed in ur show room (sk cars, salem, tamilnadu) that time I was promised that either in my first service that problem can be rectified or that could be replaced because my car in parts warenty replacemen t schme, eventually in my first service your technical department found out that problem can not be rectified total unit has to be replaced and I was promised that with in one week it has been replaced by maruthi udyog .but almost it has been 6 months nothing has been changed .whenever I m calling ur service they are
hearing like first time I am having this problem I was kept telling like with in short time I part to be replaced. I don’t know what I have to do to change that part . do u need I have to bribe the workshop manager for solving this issue then and there.
this is my fifth reminder if u r not going to take any action I am forced to book to compliant to sk cars and maruthi udyog due to this issue I am in mental torture .i was heard from ur one ur one of work shop staff when ever like electronic parts used to be sold in second hand market by document u will show to ur head of dept that this part has been replaced .pls clarify is this thing are true. I also wanted to informed u three times I came to show room for this issue and its not short distance it almost 150 km for me for going and coming down .its almost totally 450 kms I spent lot money but nothing has been done so for .here after I wont come to ur s.k cars to change that part .if u want to replace u come and change other wise I will curse and regret my self
TOTALLY UNFORTNATE THAT WHY I TOOK A ESTEEM IN S.K. CARS AND MARUTHI MANIFACTURE INSTEAD OF TAKING OTHER CAMPANY CARS . I kindly inform to u nothing has been asked from ur side like custmor feed back and etc.
