I have purchased a new Maruti Alto Lxi Car from Standard, Jabalpur through their franchise at Shahdol (MP) on 19/01. Before purchasing (in the month of Dec. 08) I confirmed from Standard Jabalpur about the manufacturing year of vehicle that it will be 2009 or 2008 manufacturing, they replied that if you will purchase in the month of January, it will be 2009 manufactured. Due to their assurance I have purchased the same car on 19/01, but they have deliver me 2008 manufactured. It is totally irresponsibility of custmer care officials.
Sir, I was interested for 2009 manufacturing and due to this I leave the discount of Rs.5000/- in the month of Dec. 2008. Because in Dec. 2008 the discount was Rs.15000/- and in Jan. 2009 it was Rs.10000/- that means loss of Rs.5000/- and manufacturing year also (for resale valuation).
I know that about the manufacturing year, you can not do any thing, therefore, It is humble request that please refund me Rs.5000/- at the earlist.
