Dear Sir,

I purchased Wagon R VXI car Registration No. HR 26 AN 2241 from Apra Auto, Authorised Dealer on 24th September. After some time in April immediately on the next day of Service, all of a sudden, pedal break failed while I sas driving the car putting my life at the risk. On making complaint, Apra Auto carried out Hofmann Safelane break test and said that every thing is ok. Again in July same thing happened i.e. failure of pedal break, I immediately called Apra Auto. They took my vehicle to their workshop and replaced some parts like Break Shoes, Valve assembly etc. Now the vehicle has developed another problem that is pick up problem and as per dealer Clich plates need to be replaced.

I am not able to under stand how in a branded new vehicle is developing problems one after another. I purchased this vehicle because of Suzuki Brand but my experience is totally different. This is a defective vehicle. Since beginning there are problem with the vehicle. We were loyal customers to Maruti/Suzuki but these incidents have shaken my faith in the Suzuki. Further these incidents clearly show that the vehicle is defective. Not only manufacturer but dealer also has played a fraud with me by selling a defective product for the price of new product.
