I booked a new Swift Lxi (Bright Red) car in Hercules Automobiles Pvt Ltd in Alleppy, Kerala on 27/07, and delivery of the car did'nt happen yet. I made full payment of 4, 25000 to the above mentioned dealer. The delears blaming Maruti by telling that Maruti is not delivering swift (bright red) for them. When I contacted Maruti customer care, they are asking me to contact the dealer. Both of them blamming each other and I did not yet got confirmation about the delivery date. I have to pay interest for my Rs. 4, 25000. I dnt expect such an ignorance to customers from Maruti's side.
