I had given my car maruti swift lxi for repaing the power steering on 20 sep 09 to ROHAN MOTORS, GHAZIABAD. they made me wait for 4 hours and told me that i could leave. they never gave me any feedback.i was only calling up to find out the progress.next day was eid so they could not work, third day was off for the supervisor so they could not do anything. on repeted calling they told me that they would be sending the car to noida for repair. three days gone and the ROHAN MOTORS GUYS have not found the fault in my car till now. the service provided is certainly not matching the name maruti carrys or is it because it is in ghaziabad.
