There is a problem of caliper pins in my ALTO Lxi, and since bought i have to visit maruti dealers after every 2 months to get it fixed. Repeatedly I have been trying to get this part changed from maruti as it is under warranty but nobody is ready to change that part. This is resulting into wear and tear of other parts also. If maruti doesnt change the parts under waranty then it should change the policy stating that no part will be changed under warranty. If any body can tell me the procedure that in this case whom tio contact and how, it will be a great help!
