Damaged card sold to me

Hi

I had taken a Maruti Suzuki-Swift Desire from Karlo Automobiles. But later I found that it is damaged one. When I visited Karlo Automobiles regarding this they din't give any response to my complain. I want to get the vehicle replaced.

Kindly help me in getting the car replaced.
