I have purchased ' SWIFT DZire ' just one month back. I noticed rough paint surface on both sides of car, bellow the doors a bottom line of car body i.e. from front wheel to rare wheel. The surface, it look like either there is air pockets under the paint layer or there are big lums of paint drops setteled on the surface. Could I know why this finish is such? Is there any reasons behind it? If so at what benifites, or its simply a quality negligence? I would like to know that.
