Sir,

I wish to report you that i purchased a maruti swift (HR 08 J 1616) from ekansh motors kathial on 15 th of dec which was running properly till last month. But on 8/6/09 my car dashed in a dog because of which radiatar of my car got leaked. I took my car to ekansh motors on next day, they treated it properly. But on next day my radiator again got leaked and i again went to ekansh motors on which they replaced its parts under warrenty. But on next day i.e on11/6/09 while going to courts i heard some knoking voice from my car's engine for which i had to go again to ekansh motors. They told me that there is some problem in crank and piston of my car and you have to leave this to service station. Relying on there words i left my car there. I constantly kept in contact with them till date. But yesterday when i contacted them they informed me that there is a problem in allocation of parts in maruti from where parts is to be provided and car will be delivered to you after 2 - 3 weeks. After asking why it is happennig they told me MARUTI has a problem in pricing of reqired part which has to be solved by there cocerned department for which that time is reqired. In all this event i am suffereing without any fault as i have no car and no hope of getting it soon.

so it is kindly requested to take necessary action
