Different service centers. Now it seems that you have sucked all that qualities which you people used to claim.
Its all about the hardships faced by me at your esteemed Maruti dealership on Dated
30th June-09. I send my Swift car-PB10CL-9455 to Stan Autos-Ludhiana for fourth Service (Paid). Mr. Suresh
Kumar received my car at service reception and provided me the estimate of Rs 4200/-
For this paid service. They forcely recommended me for Engine decorbonizing. I Strictly
Refused firstly but they further explain that if you will refuse for this job then your vehicle, s warranty will be laplsed. As I was not convinced I requested him to connect me with the
Service Head to confirm about this particular job, whether It is the Part of Paid Service
Or Not. But Manager did not come on the line and this gentelman disconnected the
Phone with the assurance that manager would contact me in 5-10 minutes. I strongly
Instructed him to don, t start the Job until I get the phone call from Service Head. I
Kept on waiting for an hour but no body contacted me
.When I again called up at Service Reception they confirmed me the vehicle ready status
After complition of all Jobs including the Engine Decarbonizing. I was surprise with this attitude
Of Dealership and I again requested to connect me with Service head or CRM but he silently
Disconnected the call. Any how I arranged the Ph. No. Of Service Manager and tried No. Of times
But he did not pick the phone. I also contacted to CRM at 98761-50324 and asked him to connect
Me to the Service Manager but his approach was also casual and showed no courtesy to to my concern.
He also assure me that He would arrange call from Manager but this also prove fake.
You can imagine How they cheated us. They convey to my driver that
They have taken the approval from Owner San and repair has been carried out
accordingly and asked him to make the invoice payment.
As you are the Head of the Customer care department, You would let me know
Where I was wrong. Was it my mistake to keep faith on your dealership when
I have other option to avail the Service from other dealer. I hope that you would look into
The matter personally and will take action accordingly so that same would not repeat
With other customer.
