I had an accident on 20th of june and gave the vehicle to showroom for repairs on 21st of june. it is already 13th of july until now i didnt get my car. it is really hard for me without my car.
if asked it is being said that the spares have not yet arrived. i already gave a complaint on them before as they ahve not given me the temporary registration number when i bought the care from them. i got the temporary registration number 1 week later as i phoned up and said if they dont give the number i will lodge a case against them. the day befor the fateful accident day we were about to go to other state and we didnt have the number. like this right from the beginning of my purchase of the car which was bought on 10th of june.
i am totally dissatisfied with the customer service that is being done by the maruti family.
