One month back i have booked Swift Dzire VXI by giving 50K as advance. As told by the agents, we will get priority if we pay that much of money. Sai Service at Kochi gave us a word that they will deliver the car withing 20days. Trusting them we cancelled the booking that we gave to Popular, who said that they will be able to deliver the car only after 45days.
After 20days they are saying that the company stopped the production for Petrol version as the demand is high for the disel version. His mangaer is saying that as that the production is not stopped but it is less when compared to other version asnd so the dalay. What do we belive? Is it that those who are buying Pertrol version is not important to Maruti.
Also we disposed off the our old car (Maruti Zen) presuming that we will get the vehicle soon. My parents and one year old kid is there at home and we are staying in a remote area, wherein we need a vehicle to commute to other places. Now we are in trouble. My parents can't walk and What will we do if they fall sick.
If the biggest company like Maruti doest have enough capacity why did they launch their product and troubling their loyal customers like us.
