Non receipt of vehicle

I own Maruti Wagon R for almost 5 years and before that had Maruti 800. I wanted to purchase a new vehicle preferably a maruti make and went to see the vehicles at Chougule Industries Ltd, Maruti showroom at Margao, Goa on 1st of July 09.

I saw Maruti Swift Glam, Limited edition and decided to exchange my existing vehicle with the new one.

I booked the same on 14th July 09 and was told that I would get the delivery within 10days.

I am a professional and need conveyance all the time. Since the delay in receipt of the vehicle, it has become difficult for me to travel to my workplace.

I would like to request the supplyer or the dealer to give me a correct picture of the status of my booked vehicle or I will have to purchase a different vehicle from other company since the reliability of Maruti which I considered was great has gone down.
