It was the month of december i intend to buy a car i was in jammu and i went to shurya motors i saw 2 Sx4 vehicles one was with manufacturing year of 2007 and another was 2008 they offered me a discount of 4= on 2008 and 170000/ on 2007 model with this option that you have to send your draft by 31-12. they gave me aproforma and i approached the bank when i send the draft they told that vehicle will be delivered to your home . after regular delays they send the vehicle tomy home on 22-01-09 and i found a milage of 310 km from jammu to my home which was ok. i drived the car and i found that an indicator of abs is flashing during the drive during some days the vehicle covered a distace of 1000 kms and it was the first due free service. it was 31-01 I send my vehicle to nearly maruti authorised service station for first free service when at evening i went to service station i was shocked to see that they have gone through the third free service and oil change, i orgived but they were not at fault as the metre was showing a metre reading of 9500 i was shocked to see i conformed that at morning it was only 1000/ kms they said that it was a trip reading i called shaurya motors but they did not responded well . i was having no document with me bcoz it was submitted to rto kashmir for registration during this period i once again found that the breaking system is not functioning properly . to register the vehicle it takes some time and when my vehicle was registered i was with my family and the abs indicator flashes and result that breaking system failed and an accedent happened. I called shaurya motors with same complaint and they assured me that you send your vehicle to our service centre we will see the matter.
It was the 25-03 i send my vehicle to the shaurya motors after lond and regular del;ays the car was ready on 12-05 but during the payment at counter i was shocked to see that the same vehicle was earleir sold by this company to another person and it has already faced two accedents under his coustady.
I refused to take the vehicle
i have no option left what i will do
