Problem un gear box

Dear sir,

i have puchase WagonR from Anand Motoer Lucknow, & it always serviced by T.S.Motores (Mahanagar & Hazratganj). Sir my car having a gear noise problem while starting scince day one i have register a complain many time at T.S.Motoer & Regional Office to and they also did it but i yet not get good result and the problem yet not clear. So please guide me the better way how did i get rid from it.
