Service harrasment & damage to the ca

My Wagon R No. DL5C C 6292 was serviced at T.R.Shawney (Sahibabad) & all the shock absorbers along with the belts were change ar per their recommedation and I spend approx Rs.15000/-.But from the day one there was noise from the front shockers.

In order to get the problem solved myself taken regress follow ups but nobody was turning up & their remarks were we do not have spare as we do not have Form 31 (blamed the company) & the very next day when I approached them the reply was today we do not have the concerned manpower. I wasted 3 days only for these reason & suffered the loss of my salary.

But after that their unskilled manpower torn of the base of shocker by hitting nail & hammer (Photograph attached), when I asked why there is so much delay & inspected the car that was a shock to me. Time & again I requested their GM-Mr. Sharma & DGM-Mrs. Sushmita but nobody was shown the concern & just said it was required. I do not know How they can make such damage where all the weigth of the car lies without consulting the coustmer. If I asked them you keep the car for 2 or 3 days just support me by issuing a standby vehicle again there was no solution.

After all this harrasement I called up at maruti no.-9910202020 and got the complaint no.-7229211201 & did not got any respone. Next I called up maruti at-46781000 and got complaint no.0332.

So this is the agony & harrasement I am going through after spending my hard earned money.
