Dear sir/Madam,
i purchased maruti wagon r duo on 28 jan 09.
this car was especially purchased for my wife as she is a doctor and has to visit the clinic.
first service was done properly on time.
in april 09 first, one morning car failed to start, we lodge a complaint on costumer care no., after an hour a personnel from anand motors, lucknow, from where we purchased the car, reached our home and after inpecting he said that there is some problem with the fuel pump, right now its not available with the dealer, so till the you have to run the car on L.P.G. and for starting, turn the ignition on and hold the converter switch on gas mode for 30 seconds. the ignite and car will start we did the same.
after 4 to 5 days we called on the dealers no. for fuel pump status, they said that its not available.
again after 3-4 days we asked for the same this time they said you have to leave the car at workshop for 1 hour for proper inspection .i took the car to the dealer on 20 april 09.
after more than 2 hours they again said that fuel pump is not working we will fix it later.
on 28 april my brother's marriage was scheduled, and the car stopped on the way when my wife was driving it. again i called custumer care no. and told them the detail and asked for help, the anand motors's personnel again came back (Mr. Faiyaz) and he said that fuel pump is not with us we can not do anything.
i again called an customer care no and asked for replacement car the personnel there (Mr. abhishek) first said that there is not such policy with us, when i asked again that how is this possible then he said that veihcle is not available with the dealer.
i said please check it since today there is marriage in our home, thel dealers (anand motors) phone came (Ms. Renu?) she said that we dont have replacement car right now but we will fix the veihcle with in 2 hrs deliver at your place.
then company people came and took the car from site by towing.
in the evening when i called them they said that your entire fuel tank is damaged and it needs replacement, you have to submit the necessary documents.again i asked for replacement car but they denied.
I submited the documents within 2-3 days, since there was election in lucknow on 30 april.
i was told that you will get the vehicle on 6th may09 after paying Rs. 500 .i.e. for insurance claim, i said its only 3 months but they said that this has to be done.
on 6 th may again i went there and some Mr. Agarwal from body shop accompanied me and attended me and took me to G.Ms. office for availability of replacement car since my car was not fixed till then, but G.M. was not there.
there at side office some (MS. Renu) assured me that i will get the car in the evening else we will give you replacement car.
then i came back.
Till today 15/05/09 i didnt get my car, moreover i got 3 calls from anand motors how your car is running, each time i have to tell them that the car is still with anand motors, faizabad road.
Today i again i called them and they simply replied that they dont have fuel tank.
i am facing a lot of problem since its around 17 days that my wife is unable to go to the clinic due to lack of car.and we are facing financial as well as goodwill loss for that.
now i think there is only one option left that is legal proceedings.
